At Life Soul Corporation Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case of dissatisfaction, manufacturing defect, or damage during packaging, customers or distributors may request a return or replacement strictly in accordance with this policy.
Return requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer or distributor must contact the company or an authorized distributor. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned with the original tax invoice and a valid reason for return.
The authorized distributor shall assist the customer in resolving complaints by facilitating replacement or refund as per company policy. Returned products may be forwarded to the company along with the original invoice.
After verification and approval, Life Soul Corporation Pvt. Ltd. shall provide either free replacement of the product, refund of payment after deducting applicable GST, or issue a Zero PV cash voucher of equivalent value. Refunds shall be processed through the same payment mode used at the time of purchase. No PV, commission, bonus, or incentive shall be payable on returned or refunded products.
In case of refund, a credit note shall be issued wherever applicable and GST adjustments shall be made strictly in accordance with GST laws. All such transactions shall be properly recorded in the company’s accounting records.

The company offers a buy-back facility to distributors who voluntarily resign from their distributorship, subject to policy conditions.
Returned products must be in resalable condition, unused, unopened, unaltered, and must have a minimum remaining shelf life of four months.
If resignation is within 30 days of purchase, the distributor shall be eligible for full refund subject to reversal of PV and bonuses. If resignation is after 30 days, refund shall be calculated after deducting bonuses paid, applicable GST, and 10% service and handling charges.

The Product Return Policy does not apply to electrical or electronic items once opened unless a manufacturing defect is identified and verified.
This policy is framed in accordance with the Direct Selling (Regulation) Rules, 2021 and applicable laws of India. No commission, bonus, incentive, or PV shall be payable on returned, refunded, replaced, or buy-back products.
